NOVA Top 3% Talent Network

I am very happy to announce that from this November on, I am officially a NOVA member. NOVA is a global top talent network, with the aim of connecting the best 3% in academia and industry and accelerating their careers. Joining this network is by-invitation only. Therefore, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Cristina Balsells Llort for nominating me as a new member and her belief in my abilities!

The selection process included a video interview, an IQ test, three letters of recommendation and a questionnaire. NOVA's talent assessment team evaluates the candidates, keeping a "high tech, high touch" approach by using an algorithm that takes into account over 200 data points, ensuring an objective assessment.
